The Triumphant Return of Insert Controller

We’re back and we’re better than ever!

In august of last year we were taken off the air by our old server host and we had no choice other than to momentarily shut down, but we didn’t know we would have to wait this long.

If you remember us and our old team of amazing individuals then you’re probably happy to see that we’re going to be making a return, at least we hope you are because we’re super happy to be making a return and are looking for any kind of support possible. We’re fully reviving our Facebook and Twitter pages to begin interacting with the beautiful community and hope that we can gain some new followers while we’re at it.

Now we’re not going to beg but if you’re feeling generous and would like to help our old beloved website get back on its feet, then please throw us a like on our FACEBOOK and possibly follow us on TWITTER. If you’re feeling extra generous and want to help us speed up the revival then you could send us a couple of pounds, dollars, pesos, or whatever currency you use as a donation to our PAYPAL. Anyone who donates will have their name, or screen name, or Twitter handle, or even all three to a page on the site titled Special Thanks. It would really mean a lot to us.

What can you expect from the new site?

The new site will be an ambitious project for the remaining members of the team, and the new guys that will be joining us on our journey. We aim to bring more than just text based articles and reviews through the new website, video and audio based services will play a huge role with content being created for both mediums.

A long time ago we planned to create a podcast but the idea never came to fruition leaving us breaking promises to our community, however we the team are more than eager to get the podcast running and proud to have our first podcast ready for the site’s launch.

There was a handful of video content created for Insert Controller but content was still heavily text based. This time around we will be focusing more on video content and plan to have a regular schedule for video content that will include Let’s Plays, Reviews, News and more.

After having spent some time around the art community while indulging in the hobby, it has become apparent to me that there are a lot of artists out there who are incredibly talented but confined to services such as Tumblr and deviantART. We believe that they deserve some decent coverage so we will be starting a weekly showcase for artists which we believe need some loving.
